The Beginner CDI Mentorship Program is a step-by-step learning experience designed to help you build real confidence in Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI). If you’re already working in CDI but still feel unsure about certain diagnoses or case types, this program will help you close those gaps. You’ll learn to assess the full clinical picture, spot documentation opportunities that matter, and write clear, compliant queries with confidence. Through structured guidance, real-world examples, and personalized mentorship, you’ll strengthen your clinical thinking and develop the skills you need to succeed in CDI. You’ll also be part of a collaborative learning environment where questions are encouraged and growth is supported every step of the way. Step 1: Choose the mentorship program that best fits your current skill level and learning goals, then complete your enrollment to get started. Step 2: Complete the Mentorship Intake Form (located in main menu) and choose the six MDC categories you would like to strengthen and focus on during your mentorship experience. Step 3: Watch our CLINICAL Query Method™ presentation to learn our step-by-step query process (you will receive an email after enrollment with your password and access instructions). Step 4: Book your first private 1-hour mentorship session (6 total included). Step 5: Log in and join your virtual session at your scheduled time.
