Mentorship Approach All mentorship programs emphasize practical learning through real-world scenarios, structured discussion, and personalized guidance. Our goal is to help participants strengthen both their clinical reasoning and documentation analysis skills so they can confidently apply CDI principles in their daily work. Beginner CDI Mentorship The Beginner CDI Mentorship Program is designed for healthcare professionals who are new to CDI or transitioning from clinical practice, case management, or utilization review into the CDI field. This program focuses on building a strong foundation in CDI principles while helping participants understand how clinical documentation impacts coding, reimbursement, quality metrics, and patient outcomes. Participants will learn how to review inpatient charts through a CDI lens and identify common documentation gaps.
