New CDI Mentorship

Personal mentorship provided by a RN, CCDS, to guide your journey. Includes (12) 1 hr live sessions x 12 weeks.

Our one-to-one New CDI mentorship is designed specifically for clinicians stepping into the world of Clinical Documentation Integrity for the first time. We understand that while you bring strong clinical knowledge, CDI requires a new lens—focused on documentation clarity, coding guidelines, clinical validation, and the nuances of compliant querying.

This personalized program pairs you with an experienced CDI mentor who guides you step-by-step through the foundational skills every new CDI specialist needs. Sessions are tailored to your clinical background, ensuring you learn how to translate your bedside expertise into accurate, compliant documentation practices.

Through structured case reviews, real chart examples, learning modules, and guided practice, you’ll build confidence in identifying documentation gaps, writing compliant queries, understanding coding principles, and communicating effectively with providers.

Intermediate CDI Mentorship

Our Intermediate membership features 6 (45 min) personalized consultations (limit 2 per month) focused on enhancing your inpatient CDI practice for effective documentation review.

Our remote CDI training program is designed for professionals who already understand the fundamentals of Clinical Documentation Integrity and are ready to elevate their skills to the next level. Built for those with intermediate CDI experience, this program focuses on strengthening analytical thinking, refining clinical validation techniques, and deepening understanding of complex coding guidelines that drive accuracy and reimbursement integrity.

Through interactive virtual sessions, advanced case reviews, scenario-based learning, and targeted skill development, participants gain practical strategies they can apply immediately in their daily work. From navigating grey-zone diagnoses to enhancing provider communication and mastering quality-impacting conditions, this program helps you expand your expertise with confidence and precision.

Advanced CDI Mentorship

Designed for those with a strong foundation in documentation integrity, this program focuses on complex, high-impact topics that challenge even experienced reviewers—clinical validation nuances, shifting coding guidelines, quality metrics, DRG optimization, and advanced provider engagement strategies.
