I’d love for members of the CDI Growth Hub to share a patient case or documentation scenario that you found challenging, interesting, or thought-provoking recently. It could be:
• A difficult query opportunity
• A clinical validation situation
• A diagnosis that felt “grey”
As an intermediate level CDI, I have appreciated the discussion of, and collaboration on so many "gray area" diagnoses and topics in CDI with case studies and when there is and is not potential for querying. Thank you Kerry for a great mentorship experience!
