Beginner to CDIP Program Terms and Conditions

Program Access & Timeline
This is a flex program beginning on your sign up date.

All private mentorship sessions must be used within a 120-day period.

Access to all program on-demand video content for 1 year. No extensions will be granted unless otherwise specified.

Course Access (CDIP Prep Modules)
Participants receive access to 18 on-demand learning modules.
Content is for individual use only and may not be shared, recorded, or distributed.

Course Access (Beginner CDI Learning Modules)
Participants receive access to 7 on-demand learning modules.
Content is for individual use only and may not be shared, recorded, or distributed.

​

Private Mentorship Sessions (5 Total)
You are allotted 5 mentorship sessions to be used within 120 days.
Sessions must be scheduled through the “Book Online” system.
Availability is limited and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Scheduling & Attendance
Please schedule sessions in advance to secure your preferred times.
You are responsible for managing and attending your scheduled sessions.

​

Rescheduling & Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule a session.
Missed sessions or late cancellations (<24 hours) may be forfeited.
Repeated no-shows may result in loss of remaining sessions.

Communication & Support
Support is provided during scheduled mentorship sessions.
Additional communication (if offered) should be used respectfully and professionally.

Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this program and access to course materials, all sales are final. No refunds or transfers will be provided once access is granted.
